Brutis 2.0 Sorghum Sudangrass (Sorghum bicolor x S. sudanense) is an annual grass native to southern US states (such as Texas, Nebraska, and Kansas) and has also been successfully introduced across North America as a non-invasive agricultural cultivar that can thrive in USDA Zones 3–11 as a warm-season annual. Reaching a mature height of 5–8 feet with an upright thick-stemmed growth habit, it features broad green leaf blades and produces loose seed heads. It thrives in warm, dry to moist soils in full sun and is ideal for summer pasture grazing, baleage, and green manure soil building.
